Labour suffers yet another fall in the opinion polls. Despite his words at the Commons Select Committee last week, Tony Blair must be laughing up his sleeve at the mess that Gordon Brown has made since he became Prime Minister on 27 June 2007.
Napoleon would ask one question of his generals: "Are you lucky?" Gordon Brown certainly could not reply in the affirmative.
Let's be frank here. One of the main reasons why Labour is going down in the polls is Gordon Brown. To the majority of the public he comes across as a weirdo. Richard Littlejohn has commented on Brown's kiddy-fiddler grin but I would not go that far. However, having his teeth capped did him no favours. Now he just looks like a weirdo who has had his teeth done.
From the strange jaw moment when he speaks to his frankly bizarre pronunciation of words, Gordon Brown is just plain weird.
He is not up to the job and the sooner he goes the sooner Labour can become re-electable again.
