Oddly, Levy’s publishers seem unable to get his name right on the cover of his book. His name is Lord Levy, Michael Levy or, to be totally correct, Baron Levy of Mill Hill in the London Borough of Barnet. One thing it most certainly is not is Lord Michael Levy. As far as I am aware, he is not the son of an earl.
